Return Policy

This policy states the process followed by WicommFi solutions. This policy belongs to a website that is owned and operated by WicommFi solutions. This refund policy does not apply to a company that WicommFi solutions do not own. Our aim is to reach a mutually beneficial resolution. If any customer will not satisfied for any reason and will be thinking to file a claim, we will address his/her concern immediately.  

Our refund policy will last for 30 days. If you claim after 30 days of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot be able to offer a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and should be unused or in the same condition. You may receive your refund within one month of returning your package to the shipper. We will confirm you about your refund via e-mail once we have received it. We will confirm you the approval or rejection of your refund. You must have proof or receipt of purchase to complete the process.

  • Gift vouchers
  • Downloaded Software products

There might be situations where you can receive partial refunds:

  • Any item which is used or damaged by the customer.
  • Any item which is returned after 30 days of purchase.
  • Service and support execution

All the shipping costs (non-refundable) for returning your item will be paid by the customer. When you will receive the refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted by your refund. Refund amount will be credited to the account which is registered with WicommFi solutions. We may credit the refund to another account only on the request of the customer.
